Kouloura betekent ring of rond en deze naam heeft het te danken aan de ronde vorm van het haventje. In dit haventje tref je de vissersboten en vissers en enkele toeristenjachten.\u00a0Rond het haventje vind je een taverna, een kerkje en een een terrasje. Kouloura is een rustig badplaatsje met een klein strand van kiezels en rotsen.
